Community Finance Assessments

A Community Finance Assessment provides Third and Fourth Sector organisations with a comprehensive overview of their financial position in relation to securing funds to purchase assets.  This is the beginning of the getting to know you process. 

We like to spend time meeting with your Management Committee or Board and senior staff so that we can develop an understanding of your social objectives.  We then work with you through the assessment process to link your social objectives with asset building strategies.

This assessment is the starting point for most of our work with Third and Fourth Sector orgnisations and the at the end of the assessment you will:

• Understand the financial capacity of your organisation to borrow funds;
• You will be presented with all the available options for securing an asset for your organisation;
• Be guided as to what the next steps in the journey to asset acquisition are.
