This consortia of four organisations have joined forces to put into place a framework that allows people with a disability and their families to take a person-centred approach to planning a bright future.

Together, these organisations work with families to guide them through the processes involved in establishing long term, sustainable, independent accommodation and support.

This involves financial planning, social investment, sourcing properties and putting in place the personal and social supports that help a person with a disability to live where and with whom they want.
