Foresters Community Finance Ltd (Foresters) is a Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI) based in Brisbane, Queensland. CDFIs are independent socially focused organisations that use community finance and social investment to service and support people, non-profit organisations and social enterprises who are disadvantaged and underserved by mainstream financial institutions. Foresters has been delivering community finance and social investment in Australia for more than 20 years.

The central purpose of Foresters’ is to respond to financial and social exclusion that results from the inability of traditional financial and capital markets to effectively respond to the needs of these individuals and organisations.
