Phase Three: Investment and Ownership
In Phase Three the non-profit organisation will enter into a contract to purchase the property and settle the sale through suitable finance. The non-profit organisation can then begin the journey of creating wealth through asset building and redistributing that wealth to the community in the form of space and place, service delivery and advocacy.
