The Process

 To analyse opportunities and add value to social enterprises, Social Enterprise Solutions utilises the following five phase process:

1. Investment Appraisal - reviews and analyses the capacity and capability of social enterprises to access finance and service debt, based on documentation and information provided by the social enterprise.  
2. Investment Packaging - once the social enterprise is in a strong position to proceed to loan application, Social Enterprise Solutions provides planning and technical support to access finance and meet terms and conditions of a loan. 
3. Loan Application - the final stage is a formal application for finance and presentation of the investment for approval to the investment committee.
4. Loan Finalisation - upon investment approval, the loan contract will be finalised and the loan will be settled.
5. Ongoing Review - Social Enterprise Solutions will work with social enterprises over the loan term to support success.
