All loans are applied for online using the buttons on our front page.
When you apply for a loan with us, we must have documentation to support your application. There are a few things we need to check in order to process your application like your identity, your income, how long you have lived at your current address and your expenses.
These help us work out the most suitable loan for you and make sure that it’s affordable for you to repay. We review your budget that you give us in the application.
To be eligible for a personal loan, you’ll need to:
- be 18 years of age or older, a permanent Australian resident, receive a regular income, and
- be able to make loan repayments on time and in full.

- don’t be afraid to answer all questions honestly.
As you begin to answer the questions in the online application form, you can save your work to come back to it later, before you submit your application.
When you do this, a link will be sent to your email, this lets you change your application up until the time that you press submit.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I APPLY?
We’ll send you an email throughout the process.
You’ll hear from us within 1 – 2 business days, once we’ve taken a look at what you have submitted*.
We’ll send you an email to let you know how its going or to ask for more documentation, and we may call if we need to check anything.
